Service Description

Our NoGi class follows the same format as our main Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu curriculum. Without a Gi, your strategies (even as simple as your grip) change significantly. These classes are geared towards “real world” situations. This class requires shorts and a t-shirt shirt or a rash guard.
